LiveAvatar is HeyGen's API for putting live, two-way video avatars into products such as customer support, language learning, sales role-play and onboarding. Developers pick from 100+ preset 1080p avatars or make a custom one from a single image or two minutes of footage, then either use HeyGen's managed speech and language pipeline or connect their own voice agent from ElevenLabs, Cartesia or elsewhere. It streams over WebRTC and is billed in credits per minute.
